Dance Recital

Thursday was Joia's dance recital. She was very cute and did a good job. She had two dances with her class--one was a tap dance number (with the green accents, but I was too lazy to have her put her tap shoes back on). Too bad, because the shoes make a big difference in the look! The other was a ballet number (in all white). They looked so beautiful--elegant even--for the ballet number.

Little Anna's biggest dream is to be a ballerina. She is dancing all the time. I was with Joia and her class helping so I wasn't sitting with David and the kids during the recital, but David said that Anna was doing all the dances with each class. She wore her ballerina outfit and was thrilled to be allowed to wear Joia's head piece after the recital.
